Rap often relies on heavy sampling. The most talented rappers at this art form are [lastfm]Jay-Z[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Kanye West[/lastfm].  In preparation for their upcoming collaboration, we’re breaking down the best tracks sampled by each rap god.  This week we take on Jay-Z.

Kanye’s and Jay-Z’s collab Watch the Throne has a March 1st release date (Def Jam Records) and a lead single due on or before January 11th.
