Admit it. You thought Kim Kardashian was joking when she announced plans to hit the studio to record tracks for debut album. Looks like the reality TV star wasn’t kidding. Kim took to the radio airwaves to premiere her first single “Jam” today. We’ll let you decide what you think about this one!

Kim didn’t let a scandalous sex tape hold her back from eventually becoming a mogul. From reality TV shows to clothing stores to a perfume line, she’s pretty much covered all the bases… except for music, of course. She recently revealed plans, via her Twitter account, to record with some of music’s biggest hit-makers like Kanye West.

“Feelin’ good, feelin’ great and they playin’ my jam. Turn it up, turn it up, turn it up, turn it up, DJ,” repeats Kim on the track’s hook. The Dream- produced song made its initial premiere on New Year’s Eve at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas.

The Dream is the mastermind behind hits like Rihanna‘s “Umbrella” and Justin Bieber‘s “Baby.” So will The Dream’s collaboration with Kim put another hit record under his belt? We’ll let you decide that one!

“Jam” is available on iTunes today. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the track will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
