A couple of years ago, anyone who wore head-to-toe animal print (or to be honest, animal print whatsoever) was either deemed a rockabilly chick or given a firm slap on leopard-clad behind from the fashion police.

Cut to 2011: Animal print, specifically leopard print is the new “It” print. From actress to pop stars like[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Keri Hilson[/lastfm]–everyone has hopped on the animal print jungle safari van and straight into the wild of the red carpet.

Animal print can be a little overwhelming and we think Hilson does it perfectly with a leather miniskirt, a classy long-sleeve leopard blouse and a some sassy doorknocker earrings.

Part of the problem with past animal print is that it could come off as, well, a little bit trashy.

This is easily solved with this classic Oxford cut and long skin-covering sleeves. Hilson’s has some cool studded cuffs but this top from Nika Butik is a near replication!
