Awww, thanks[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Drake[/lastfm]. With his upcoming album entitled Take Care, it’s apparent that Drizzy really wants to make sure we’re going to be OK.

And with his newest single from the album released featuring[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Nicki Minaj [/lastfm]called “Make Me Proud,” he also wants everyone to know that he’s proud of all the strong, independent, and classy women in his life–fans included.

A mid-tempo “encouragement” song, “Make Me Proud” is something a little different from what we heard on Drake’s last album and much different than his first single from Take Care, “Headlines.”

It’s not a booty-bouncing dance-jam but it’s nice of Mr. Drizz to throw that track on there for all us independent ladies. Get it  iTunes tomorrow!
