Chris Brown and Nia Guzman have been going back and forth in court trying to get a custody agreement set up for their daughter Royalty. They had a custody agreement set up where Chris get Royalty for 12 days a month, unmonitored. Nia asked the judge for full custody, supervised visitation, regular drug tests and to deny Chris’ mom the right to see Royalty. The judge denied all of her requests, and has decided that the current agreement will stay in place.
The judge also ordered Guzman to pay back the $20,000 Chris gave her for a lawyer.
