Murs Is Live Streaming As He Attempts To Break Rap World Record

Murs, rapper and host of Boost Mobile’s ‘Where Ya At LA’, is attempting to get his name in the Guinness Book of World Records for the world’s longest rap marathon. To break the record he must rap for 24 hours straight, which is being live-streamed on YouTube. For the season finale of ‘Where Ya At LA’ Murs said they wanted to do something major which led to this idea. He admits while he immediately thought it was a great idea once it sank in his “heart kind of sunk a little.” The rapper went on to say “going anything for more than 24 hours straight is insane, but to rap lyrics live for that long in front of the world is a huge task.”  The record will officially be broken today Oct 13 at 11 am pst/ 2 pm est.
